We are seeking a skilled and passionate Indian Barista to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality coffee beverages to our customers. Your main goal will be to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and prepare coffee beverages according to company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Follow health and safety guidelines when handling food and beverages
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales
- Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies as needed
- Train new team members on coffee preparation techniques and customer service skills

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Barista is preferred but not required
- Passion for coffee and providing excellent customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and recipes
- Must have a valid biometric passport for travel purposes
