Locksmith Technician

Responsibilities:
- Perform lock installations, repairs, and replacements for residential, commercial, and automotive clients
- Use specialized tools and techniques to open locked doors and safes
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client's concerns and providing solutions
- Keep accurate records of work orders and parts used for billing purposes
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in the locksmith industry

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Locksmith Technician or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of locks, keys, and security systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
