Senior Architect - Greenland

As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various buildings and structures in Greenland. Your main goal will be to create functional, sustainable, and visually appealing designs that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods. You should also have excellent design skills and the ability to use computer-aided design (CAD) software. As a senior level position, we expect you to have several years of experience as an architect and a proven track record of successfully completing projects.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and preferences
- Create detailed drawings and models using CAD software
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and environmental standards
- Work closely with project managers and engineers to develop cost-effective solutions
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that designs are implemented accurately
- Review project progress regularly and make necessary adjustments
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on complex issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as an architect
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent design skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on qualifications)

Location: Greenland (open to non-Greenlandic applicants)
