Senior Architect (Part-Time) - Greenland

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team on a part-time basis in Greenland. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, planning, and construction of various projects. Your main duties will include creating architectural plans, collaborating with clients and contractors, and ensuring that projects meet all necessary regulations and standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture or a related field
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations in Greenland
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural software
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed architectural plans for various projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for the project
- Work with contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Ensure that all projects comply with building codes, regulations, and standards set by the government of Greenland
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Provide guidance and support to junior architects on the team
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments, new technologies, and materials related to architecture

This is a part-time position offering a salary of $900 per month. Candidates must have their own visa for working in Greenland. Accommodation will not be provided.
