Mason Supervisor


We are looking for an experienced Mason Supervisor to join our team in El-Ain, Egypt. As the Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of masons, ensuring that all construction projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month, and includes accommodation, free visa, and ticket.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of masons on various construction projects
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to team members
- Ensure that all work is carried out according to plans and specifications
- Monitor progress of projects and provide regular updates to management
- Train new masons and provide guidance to improve skills of existing team members
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures at all times
- Oversee inventory of tools and materials, placing orders as needed
- Conduct performance evaluations for team members
- Communicate with clients to address any concerns or issues that may arise during projects

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Mason or in a similar supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, tools, and equipment
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Knowledge of safety regulations in construction industry
- Physical stamina to work long hours in varying weather conditions
