CNC Operator



As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to perform various tasks such as drilling, milling, turning, and cutting. This role is based in Split, Croatia and is open to Nepali nationals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Study blueprints, drawings or sketches to determine the dimensions and tolerances of the workpiece
- Set up machines by loading the necessary tools and downloading programs
- Operate machines by entering commands on the computer or manually adjusting controls
- Monitor the machine's performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality production
- Inspect finished products for defects and make any required corrections
- Maintain a safe working environment by following company policies and procedures
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role
- Knowledge of G-code programming language and CNC machine operation
- Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers
- Strong mathematical skills for calculations and measurements
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality control
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects if needed
