Facade Engineer

As a Facade Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and managing the construction of building facades. You will work closely with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure that the facades meet aesthetic and functional requirements while adhering to safety and building codes. This role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and analyze building facades using CAD software
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction
- Conduct structural calculations to ensure the facades can withstand wind loads and other external forces
- Collaborate with architects to develop facade concepts that meet design intent
- Communicate with contractors on site to resolve issues during construction
- Monitor progress of facade installation to ensure compliance with plans and specifications
- Conduct site visits as needed for quality control checks
- Stay updated on industry standards and regulations related to facades

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (with a focus on facades)
- At least 3 years of experience in facade design or construction management
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and structural analysis software (ETABS, SAP2000)
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations related to facades
- Ability to interpret architectural plans and communicate technical information effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Location: Izhevsk, Egypt (accommodation provided)
Salary: $1600/month (tax-free)
