Entry-level Facade Technician

We are hiring an entry-level Facade Technician to join our team in Izhevsk. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining building facades, including windows, doors, and cladding. This is a contract position ideal for individuals without prior experience in the field. However, candidates with basic knowledge of construction and strong attention to detail are preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior technicians in installing and repairing building facades
- Follow safety protocols and regulations while working at heights
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Keep work areas clean and organized

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical education preferred)
- Basic knowledge of construction techniques and materials
- Ability to work at heights and lift heavy objects
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
