Senior Architect

We are in search of a highly experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Mauren, providing innovative and creative design solutions for our clients. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the design process, from concept development to final construction. Your expertise in architectural design, building codes, and project management will be essential in delivering successful projects within budget and on schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process, from initial concept development to final construction documents.
- Develop and present design proposals to clients, addressing their needs and requirements.
- Oversee all aspects of project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of projects.
- Monitor project progress and provide guidance to junior architects on technical issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to incorporate into project designs.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of 7 years experience as an Architect with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other 3D modeling software.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
