Our growing company is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Copenhagen. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and increasing revenue for the company. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team, including setting goals, monitoring performance, and providing coaching and training
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and alignment of goals
- Monitor and report on key sales metrics to track progress towards targets

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in a similar industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Fluency in English (Danish language skills are a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
