Sales Representative - Shan, India


We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Shan, India. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to customers in the Shan region. You will play a crucial role in driving sales and maintaining customer relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and actively reach out to them to introduce our products
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits to customers
- Negotiate prices and terms of sales agreements with customers
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to make necessary adjustments to sales strategies
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the Shan region
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of local languages is a plus)
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field (students are also welcome to apply)
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Shan region

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month plus commission based on performance.
