Sales Representative - Medical Equipment (Shan City, Kenya)



As a Sales Representative for medical equipment, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities in Shan City, Kenya. Your primary goal will be to increase sales and market share by building strong relationships with clients and offering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and develop sales strategies to reach them
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our medical equipment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to network with potential clients
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts on a regular basis

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical equipment industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel within Shan City as needed
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Knowledge of local healthcare industry is a plus
