We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Moscow, Russia. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and cranes. You will also be responsible for following safety protocols and ensuring the proper functioning of the equipment.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator
- Valid license to operate heavy equipment
- Ability to read and understand construction plans
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
- Physically fit and able to work in all weather conditions

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and cranes according to project specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure the safety of yourself and others on the job site
- Communicate with supervisors and team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficiency
- Inspect equipment before and after use to identify any potential issues or damages
