Waiter/Waitress (Indian Cuisine)

We are hiring a skilled and experienced waiter/waitress to join our team at a busy Indian restaurant in the vibrant city of Acre. As a waiter/waitress, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their dining experience is memorable.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions or concerns from customers
- Monitor tables to ensure timely delivery of food and drinks, and respond promptly to any additional requests
- Handle payments and process transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area, including setting tables, silverware, and condiments
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery of food orders
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in an Indian restaurant is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and menu items
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Good communication skills with proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Must be able to work full-time hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Salary: $1400/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Acre, Israel (accommodation not provided)
