Finisher - Kaunas, Lithuania

We are currently seeking a skilled Finisher to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Finisher, you will be responsible for applying finishing touches to various products and projects according to specifications and design requirements. This role requires attention to detail, strong hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work with precision tools and machinery. Previous experience as a Finisher is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret design plans to determine finishing requirements
- Prepare surfaces for finishing by sanding, filling, or smoothing as needed
- Apply finishing materials such as paint, varnish, or stain using brushes, rollers or spray guns
- Use precision tools and equipment to create desired finish on products
- Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary touch-ups or adjustments
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Finisher or similar role
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to read and interpret design plans
- Familiarity with different types of finish materials and their application techniques
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and machinery used in finishing processes
