Industrial Architect

As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to create innovative and functional designs that meet their needs and comply with building codes and regulations. Your expertise in industrial architecture, materials, and construction methods will be crucial in creating safe, sustainable, and cost-effective solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and objectives
- Conduct site visits to gather information on existing buildings or potential building sites
- Develop detailed design proposals using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Create 3D models and renderings to visualize the final product
- Prepare construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
- Coordinate with engineers to ensure structural integrity of designs
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, building codes, and regulations
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and on time

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in industrial architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other CAD software
- Strong knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and structural engineering
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

As an Industrial Architect at our firm in Las Vegas, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging projects while utilizing your skills to create functional and visually appealing industrial spaces. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $1500 per month. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds but prefer candidates who have experience working on similar projects.
