Industrial Architect



We are a leading architecture firm in Las Vegas, seeking an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements for industrial projects
- Develop design concepts and plans for industrial buildings, including site analysis, structural systems, and materials selection
- Create detailed drawings and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design plans and specifications
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, building codes, and regulations related to industrial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an Industrial Architect
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant technology
- Strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and structural systems
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, colleagues, and contractors
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month for this contract position. This is a great opportunity for Filipino architects who are looking for English-speaking jobs in Las Vegas. A biometric passport is preferred but not mandatory.
