Nurse - Eldoret, Pakistan


We are hiring a qualified and experienced Nurse to join our team at a healthcare facility in Eldoret, Pakistan. As a Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care and assisting with medical procedures. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care for our patients.

Responsibilities:
- Assessing patient health needs and implementing nursing care plans
- Administering medication and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitoring patient vital signs and reporting any changes or concerns to the medical team
- Assisting with medical procedures such as IV insertion and wound care
- Educating patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and medications
- Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to create individualized treatment plans for patients
- Adhering to all safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
- Valid nursing license in Pakistan
- At least 2 years of experience as a Nurse in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication skills in Urdu or Punjabi (English proficiency is not required)
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle emergency situations calmly
- Attention to detail and strong observational skills
- Compassionate nature and genuine desire to help others
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays if needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month.

Contract job:
This position is a contract job with the possibility of extension based on performance.
