Experienced Carpenter - Braga, Portugal


We are currently seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our team in Braga, Portugal. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and installing structures made of wood and other materials. This role requires a high level of skill and expertise in carpentry techniques and tools.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements
- Measure, cut, shape, and join materials according to specifications using hand tools and power equipment
- Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings, trimmings, and hardware
- Repair or renovate existing structures by replacing damaged or rotting wood, reinforcing joints, or adding new features
- Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role
- Proficient with carpentry tools and equipment
- Ability to read blueprints/drawings and take accurate measurements
- Knowledge of building codes/regulations in Portugal is preferred
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina to handle long hours of standing/bending/lifting

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this full-time position. Accommodation will also be provided.
