Entry-Level Concrete Worker

We are in need of an entry-level concrete worker to join our team in Alta, Norway. As a concrete worker, you will be responsible for assisting with the mixing, pouring, and finishing of concrete on various construction projects. This is a physical job that requires stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of concrete by measuring and mixing materials
- Pour and spread concrete onto designated areas using appropriate tools
- Smooth and level freshly poured concrete using trowels and other hand tools
- Operate power tools such as jackhammers to break up old or damaged concrete
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe work environment

Requirements:
- No prior experience necessary, but construction or manual labor experience is preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Comfortable working in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Valid visa to work in Norway (sponsorship not provided)
