Housekeeper/Room Attendant - Nairobi, Kenya


We are in need of dedicated and hardworking Housekeepers/Room Attendants to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. As a Housekeeper/Room Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and comfortable environment for guests. You will be responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms according to company standards
- Change bed linen, make beds, replenish amenities and towels as needed
- Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, wash windows and walls as needed
- Restock supplies such as toiletries and towels
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
- Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a timely manner
- Maintain laundry cleanliness and organization

Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Attention to detail and high level of organization
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
- Must have legal right to work in Kenya on a contract basis
