Mason - Construction Worker


We are a construction company based in Sofia and we are seeking skilled Masons to join our team. As a Mason, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing and maintaining structures such as buildings, walls, floors and other structures made of materials like brick, stone or concrete. This is a great opportunity for Filipino workers who are seeking English speaking jobs in Bulgaria.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and mark surfaces to be covered and follow blueprints or drawings to determine the size and shape of the structure
- Prepare materials by mixing mortar, laying bricks or stones, and cutting them to fit
- Build corners using corner poles or by bonding them together with cement or mud
- Use hand tools such as trowels, levels, hammers and chisels to build structures
- Install insulation and moisture barriers as needed
- Repair existing masonry structures by filling cracks or replacing damaged bricks
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Mason is preferred but not required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints/drawings
- Strong attention to detail
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials when needed
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.

Visa/Permits:
This job is open to all nationalities. However, candidates must have their own valid visa/work permit for Bulgaria.
