We are a leading solar energy company based in Washington, seeking a skilled and motivated Solar Installer to join our team. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar energy systems for our clients. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month.

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work full-time without accommodation
- No prior experience required, training will be provided

Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain solar panels on residential and commercial properties
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during installation
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with existing systems
- Provide excellent customer service to clients

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physically fit and able to work at heights
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
