We are in need of a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Almada. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in office management and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the workplace. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining office supplies, coordinating meetings and events, and assisting with budget planning. The successful candidate must be detail-oriented with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude. Accommodation, free visa, and ticket will be provided for the right candidate.
