Part-time Office Manager
As a part-time office manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative operations of our company's office in Almada. This position is suitable for men and does not require any prior experience. We offer a salary of 1400$ and provide a free visa and ticket for our non-local employees.
In this role, you will be expected to handle a variety of tasks such as managing schedules, organizing meetings and appointments, maintaining records and databases, and assisting with general office duties. You should have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other common office software is also required.
We are looking for someone who can work independently as well as part of a team. You should have strong communication skills and be able to interact with colleagues at all levels of the organization. This position requires someone who is reliable, punctual, and able to prioritize workload according to business needs.
