As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff development. You will work closely with our owners and management team to create new and exciting dishes that showcase local and seasonal ingredients. Your creativity and attention to detail will ensure that every dish that leaves our kitchen is of the highest quality.

We are looking for a candidate who has at least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining establishment. A strong understanding of different cuisines, cooking techniques, and flavor profiles is essential. The ideal candidate should also have experience managing a team, developing menus, and maintaining high levels of food safety standards.

As an English-speaking establishment in Luxembourg, fluency in English is required. Knowledge of French or German would be considered an asset. We are looking for someone who is organized, efficient, and able to work well under pressure. Flexibility with working hours is also necessary as this position may require evening or weekend shifts.

In return for your skills and expertise, we offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month. As this is a seasonal job, we are looking for someone who can commit to working from May through September. However, there may be opportunities for continued employment based on performance.
