Online Consultant (Indian Nationals Preferred)

We are seeking an Online Consultant to join our growing team in Dickirch. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing virtual support and assistance to clients through various online platforms. Your main duties will include responding to customer inquiries, providing product or service information, and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all interactions with clients and providing timely updates to the management team.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and courteously through online channels such as email, chat, or social media.
- Provide accurate information about our products or services to potential and existing clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that customers may have.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions with clients.
- Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for improvement in customer service processes.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments.
- Attend regular training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of online communication platforms.
- Customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
