Merchandising Coordinator

The Merchandising Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the successful planning, execution, and tracking of all merchandising activities for our company. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and a passion for retail.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement merchandising strategies
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for product placement and promotions
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and manage inventory levels
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly
- Work closely with visual merchandisers to create attractive displays that drive sales
- Conduct store visits to ensure proper execution of merchandising plans
- Communicate regularly with store managers to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to plans
- Prepare reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and promotional effectiveness

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in retail merchandising or related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools

Salary: $1300 per month

Location: Triesen, Liechtenstein (open to all nationalities)
