Land Surveyor - Sheduva, India


As a Land Surveyor for our growing company in Sheduva, India, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries and identify the locations of natural features. You will use specialized equipment and techniques to collect data and create detailed maps and reports.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to establish property boundaries, topographical features, and other relevant information
- Use specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners to collect data
- Analyze survey data to create detailed maps and reports
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy of survey results
- Utilize computer software programs to assist in drafting and producing accurate maps
- Maintain accurate records of survey data, including notes, sketches, and electronic files
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in land surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as a land surveyor
- Extensive knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment
- Strong mathematical skills for calculating distances, angles, areas, etc.
- Proficiency in using total stations, GPS receivers, laser scanners and related software programs
- Ability to read and interpret maps, plans, blueprints and other technical documents
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Physically fit for working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license

We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month for this full-time position. Please note that English language proficiency is not required for this role.
