We are in search of a skilled and detail-oriented Finisher to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Finisher, you will be responsible for completing the final touches on various products or surfaces to ensure they meet quality standards. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and assess finished products or surfaces for any imperfections or defects.
- Use tools such as sandpaper, paintbrushes, and scrapers to smooth out surfaces and remove any blemishes.
- Apply finishing coats to surfaces using appropriate techniques such as spraying, brushing, or rolling.
- Mix and match paints or stains to achieve desired colors and shades.
- Follow safety protocols and wear protective equipment when working with chemicals or power tools.
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finisher or similar role.
- Knowledge of different types of paints, stains, varnishes, and other finishing materials.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Attention to detail and precision in work.
- Physical stamina for long periods of standing and manual labor.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
