Construction Project Manager

We are hiring a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee all phases of construction projects in Malindi. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in managing construction projects and a strong understanding of project management principles. The main responsibilities include developing project plans, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring quality standards are met. The role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred. Canadian or Nepali citizens fluent in English may apply. This is a non-accommodated position and candidates must have their own valid work visa for Kenya. Salary starts at $1100 per month.
