We are hiring a Database Administrator to join our team in Shan, China. As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our company's database systems. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting any database issues and ensuring optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing database solutions that meet business requirements
- Ensuring data integrity and security through regular maintenance and backups
- Troubleshooting and resolving any database issues in a timely manner
- Optimizing database performance by monitoring and analyzing system activity
- Collaborating with other teams to identify data needs and develop efficient solutions
- Providing technical support and guidance to end users on database-related tasks

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven work experience as a Database Administrator or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of database management systems (MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server)
- Experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting database issues
- Familiarity with data backup, recovery, and security protocols
- Strong understanding of SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions
