Job Title: Moderator

We are seeking a skilled Moderator to join our growing team in Braga. This position requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. The ideal candidate will have experience in moderating online forums or communities, and must be able to effectively enforce rules and guidelines while maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor online discussions and user-generated content
- Enforce forum/community rules and guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other moderators to ensure consistency across platforms
- Identify and report any inappropriate or harmful content
- Assist with organizing online events or activities for community engagement

Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Strong understanding of online communities and social media platforms
- Ability to multitask and handle high volumes of activity
- Familiarity with moderation tools and techniques
- Experience in customer service or conflict resolution is a plus
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent education

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)
