Concierge Assistant

As our Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the Concierge in providing personalized and attentive service to our guests. This includes making reservations, arranging transportation, recommending local activities and attractions, and handling any special requests. You will also be responsible for maintaining the lobby area and ensuring it is always presentable and well-stocked.

To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must also have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Experience in a similar role or within the hospitality industry is preferred. Fluency in English and Portuguese is required, with additional knowledge of other languages being a plus.
