Concierge Assistant


We are hiring a Concierge Assistant to join our team in Dubai. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting with various concierge tasks. This position is perfect for Indian nationals who are fluent in English and looking for temporary employment with accommodation, free visa, and ticket. Students are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Make reservations and bookings for clients
- Arrange transportation and coordinate airport transfers
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and appropriately
- Maintain a neat and organized work area

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (additional languages is a plus)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is an asset

Salary:
Starting salary of 1200$ per month.

Location:
Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Accommodation, visa, and ticket provided.
