Skilled Fitter in Faroe-Islands

We are hiring a skilled fitter to join our team in Faroe-Islands. As a fitter, you will be responsible for assembling and installing machinery, equipment, and structural components according to blueprints and technical specifications. You will also be expected to troubleshoot and repair any issues that may arise during the installation process.

Key responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical blueprints and schematics
- Assemble and install machinery, equipment, and structural components following specifications
- Ensure all equipment is properly aligned and functioning correctly
- Conduct routine maintenance on installed equipment as needed
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues that may arise during the installation process
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a fitter or similar role
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and schematics
- Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of various tools and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various positions for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
