Office Assistant - Malindi, Kenya

We are hiring an efficient and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Malindi, Kenya. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. Your duties will include answering and directing phone calls, managing office supplies, organizing files and documents, and assisting with basic accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent time management abilities, and a high level of attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role are required. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month. Kenyan nationality is preferred but not required.
