Milling Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled Milling Machine Operator to join our team in Zagreb. The ideal candidate will have experience operating and maintaining milling machines in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Responsibilities include setting up and adjusting the machine, monitoring production, and performing quality checks. The operator will also be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the milling process.

Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating and maintaining milling machines
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of machine operations
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Attention to detail and ability to perform quality checks
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Responsibilities:
- Set up and adjust milling machine according to specifications
- Monitor production process, making necessary adjustments as needed
- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the milling process
- Maintain equipment by performing regular maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production status and any issues that may arise

Salary: $1600 per month with potential for growth based on performance.

Location: This position is located in Zagreb, Croatia.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred

This is a full-time position with regular working hours Monday through Friday. The successful candidate must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
