Project Manager - International Development


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Washington, DC. As a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of international development projects. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of project management principles.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful delivery of international development projects
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet goals and objectives
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
- Conduct regular evaluations of project outcomes to ensure effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
- Foster strong relationships with partners, subcontractors, and other stakeholders involved in the project
- Manage project resources efficiently to stay within budget constraints

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in International Development, Business Administration or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the international development sector
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus

Salary: $1000 per month

Location: Washington, DC

Preference: Egyptian candidates
