Administrator (Indian/Kenyan)
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our growing team in Nakuru. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations of our company. This is a part-time position, making it suitable for those looking for flexible working hours. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all administrative tasks, including answering phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
- Handle office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other official documents.
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
- Manage travel arrangements for company executives.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
- Keep track of office expenses and prepare expense reports.
- Provide general administrative support to other team members as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in an administrative role would be an advantage but not required.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
