Job Title: Hotel Sales Manager - Khanpur


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Khanpur. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our hotel's services and facilities to potential clients. You will work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and other potential customers
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
- Create sales plans, budgets, and forecasts that align with the hotel's overall goals
- Meet or exceed sales targets by actively promoting the hotel's services and facilities
- Negotiate contracts with clients including room rates, event packages, and other services
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure excellent customer service is provided to all guests
- Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking events

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or hospitality management preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively
- Knowledge of current market trends in the hospitality industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
- Fluent in English (additional languages considered an asset)
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1700 per month.
