Architecture Manager



A dynamic and innovative architecture firm in Alta is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion. This includes managing a team of architects, coordinating with clients, and ensuring the successful execution of projects within budget and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of architects and provide guidance on design concepts, construction methods, and project timelines
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop effective design solutions that meet their requirements
- Manage project budgets and ensure projects are completed within budget constraints
- Oversee the preparation of architectural plans, drawings, specifications, and contracts for construction projects
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet project timelines
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is progressing according to plans and specifications
- Ensure all architectural designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role as an Architecture Manager or Project Manager in the architecture industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software programs
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards

Salary:

We offer a competitive salary package of $1000 per month for this full-time position. The exact salary will be determined based on qualifications and experience.

Location:

This position is based in Alta but may require occasional travel to client sites or other locations as needed.
