Entry-Level Moderator

As an Entry-Level Moderator, you will be responsible for overseeing online discussions and ensuring that community guidelines are being followed. This position is well-suited for someone who is passionate about maintaining a positive online environment and has excellent communication skills. You will work closely with a team to review and moderate user-generated content, respond to user inquiries, and escalate any issues as needed. This role is based in Copenhagen, but we are open to candidates of any nationality as long as they have the legal right to work in Denmark. No previous experience is required for this position, making it a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the field of moderation.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate online discussions according to community guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Escalate any issues or violations of guidelines to the appropriate team members
- Collaborate with other moderators and team members to ensure a positive online environment
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to moderation
- Provide excellent customer service through clear and effective communication

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Familiarity with social media platforms
- Ability to identify and address sensitive or potentially offensive content
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Legal right to work in Denmark

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable)
