We are hiring an experienced Android developer to join our team in Aarhus. As an Android developer, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for our clients. You will work closely with our design and product teams to ensure that our apps meet the needs of our users and adhere to best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop advanced applications for the Android platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable code and conduct thorough code reviews.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in mobile development.
- Continuously improve app performance and user experience.
- Participate in meetings and provide technical expertise when needed.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience developing native Android applications using Java or Kotlin.
- Strong understanding of the Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs such as Google Maps API, Firebase, etc.
- Knowledge of software design patterns such as MVC, MVP, MVVM.
- Ability to write efficient code that follows coding standards and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
