IT Support Specialist
Our growing technology company is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Acre. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer support and excellent communication skills. This is a contract position with the opportunity for full-time employment.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote access
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems and peripherals
- Maintain accurate records of reported issues and resolutions
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical problems

Requirements:
- Previous experience in computer support or related field
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts and equipment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of $1400 per month. There is potential for full-time employment based on performance.
