Entry-Level Merchandiser

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Entry-Level Merchandiser to join our team in Utena. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and stocked correctly in various retail locations. Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned retail locations to set up product displays and ensure they meet company standards
- Restock shelves and rotate products to maintain freshness
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management regarding any shortages or overstocking
- Work with store managers to resolve any issues or concerns related to product placement or availability
- Collect and track data on product performance and customer feedback
- Assist in creating promotional displays and executing marketing initiatives
- Ensure all products have accurate pricing and proper labeling

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or merchandising is a plus but not required
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English language proficiency required)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Must have a valid biometric passport
