Junior Architecture Manager

Our architecture firm in Funchal is seeking a talented and driven Junior Architecture Manager to join our team. As a Junior Architecture Manager, you will work closely with the senior management team to assist in the planning, design, and execution of various architectural projects. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop project plans and timelines
- Conduct research and gather information on project requirements and regulations
- Assist in the creation of architectural designs, including drawings, models, and renderings
- Manage project documentation and ensure all necessary permits are obtained
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure project progress according to schedule
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Prepare reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, techniques, and tools
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
