The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and excellent problem-solving skills to provide timely and effective support to our clients. Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for clients
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
- Provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person
- Set up new user accounts and manage security permissions
- Perform regular maintenance tasks on computer systems
- Document support processes and solutions for future reference

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Familiarity with networking protocols and hardware components
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex issues
- Customer-oriented attitude with good communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)
- Experience working with biometric passport technology is a plus
