Job Title: Excavator Operator

Our company, located in Porto, is seeking a skilled Excavator Operator to join our team. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to excavate, move and grade earth or other materials during construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the excavator safely and efficiently according to project plans and instructions
- Perform daily maintenance and safety checks on the equipment
- Inspect and maintain work area, ensuring proper ground conditions for safe operation
- Communicate with team members to ensure smooth and coordinated work flow
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating an excavator in a construction setting
- Valid operator’s license for the specific equipment
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual tasks in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
