As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all phases of the project lifecycle, from initial concept to final construction. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle
- Develop project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements
- Oversee the preparation of detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and other project documentation
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design plans
- Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other external partners involved in the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture design or project management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Copenhagen is preferred but not required
